These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the text messaging programs offered by CityLife Property Management dba CityLife Contracting ("CityLife Contracting," "we," "us" or "our"). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS program description

CityLife Contracting offers two text messaging programs:

  • Customer care (non-marketing): messages about your call request, estimate and appointment scheduling, appointment and consultation reminders, project updates and customer support.
  • Marketing: special offers, seasonal promotions and service updates.

2. How you opt in

You opt in through the web form on our website by entering your phone number and checking one or both of two separate consent boxes, one for customer care messages and one for marketing messages. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.

5. Getting help

6. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. Estimates are free and are not binding until a written agreement is signed. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
