This Privacy Policy explains how CityLife Property Management dba CityLife Contracting ("CityLife Contracting," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the information you share with us through this website, our forms, phone calls and text messages.
Information we collect
When you request a call or estimate, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, project address and a description of your project. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical records (browser type, approximate region and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.

- To respond to your call request and schedule estimates, consultations and appointments
- To send appointment and consultation reminders, project updates and customer support messages
- To send promotional offers, but only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages

CityLife Contracting offers two separate text messaging programs. Each one requires its own opt-in, and each consent box on our web form is optional and unchecked by default.
- Customer care (non-marketing) messages: call request follow-up, estimate and appointment scheduling, appointment and consultation reminders, project updates and customer support.
- Marketing messages: special offers, seasonal promotions and service updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and reply HELP for help or call (412) 912-4280.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold or rented to any third party. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), solely to provide the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website host, CRM and messaging platform) and with the crew members assigned to your project, or when required by law.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can honor warranties and follow up on completed work. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Children
This website and our messaging programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
